How we deploy
How it works on the ground.
Four teams, in order — reach people, stay with them, equip them, then give the future away. This is what we’ll train you to do, alongside ministry students and families across the world.
Go first.
Reconnaissance and boots on the ground — the longer stays. The Envoy goes in and meets first needs: water, food, medicine. You can’t deploy a community, an economy, or a digital ark to people who are still hungry.
Stay close.
The heart of the mission. Connect is pastoral — the relationship that doesn’t leave. They keep walking with people, and discipling them, long after the Envoy moves on.
Train them up.
Equip trains people to steward wealth and stand in their identity — partnered with Alpha and powered by agentic training for the jobs of the future: AI and systems engineering, compute, mechanical work, done remotely from the edge. Always ongoing.
Open doors.
Advance gives. They make sure the ministries and missions you’ve supported for years don’t collapse when the economy does — from leadership networks to the Patriarch of Bethlehem’s Orthodox Church — connecting them to our wallets and deploying our teams to them.
