Firma Impact Team is the global ecosystem, developer-relations, and field-activation team of Firma. FIT represents the Firma ecosystem, equips builders to build on Firmamint and the Settlemint Stack, convenes communities, activates strategic events, and develops the ambassadors, relationships, and local networks through which Firma expands.
FIT is ambassadors of Firma first, and technical evangelists for Firmamint second. That distinction matters.
The closest analogy: Ethereum community ambassadors who also teach developers how to build on Ethereum. They represent the broader ecosystem, not merely the protocol implementation. Base follows a similar pattern — its country leads and ambassadors cultivate the broader Base community, support builders, organize events, provide mentorship, and amplify ecosystem activity, and Base treats builder-community growth as a strategic function alongside its chain and products.
FIT sits under Firma Labs, with an explicit ecosystem-wide mandate.

FIT owns five related functions.
1 — Global events and activations. ETH conferences, Token2049, Network State Conference, pop-ups, builder houses, protocol demonstrations, the Luma event calendar, regional meetups, side events, hackathons, and roadshows.
2 — Developer relations. Technical evangelism, workshops, tutorials, SDK and CLI onboarding, developer-documentation feedback, hackathon support, sample applications, builder office hours, developer community support, and engineering feedback loops.
3 — Ambassadors and regional leads. Country and city leads, volunteer ambassadors, campus ambassadors, builder ambassadors, event hosts, local community organizers, training and certification, and representation standards. Base distinguishes internal country leads from selected volunteer ambassadors who work with the core team — FIT uses a comparable two-tier model without copying Base's terminology.
4 — Ecosystem development. Recruit builders, identify projects, connect teams to Firma Capital, connect landowners and builders to NS Simulator, identify deployment partners, source integrations, onboard institutions, and route opportunities into the correct Firma division.
5 — Brand representation. Communicate Firma's mission and architecture, represent Firma at public gatherings, maintain ecosystem messaging, steward public-facing demonstrations, and ensure people understand the distinctions between Firma, Firmamint, Settlemints, and individual products.
